This Privacy Policy explains how Pyxis LLC ("Pyxis," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Exero Vet website (www.exerovet.com) and the Exero Vet mobile or VR apps available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Meta Quest Store (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Site or Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.2 Account Information (App Users)

  • Authentication status (for VIN.com users; no personally identifiable info is received)

  • Device type, OS, and app version

  • Pages or videos accessed

  • Streaming usage (to enforce the 20GB/month cap)

  • Video viewing activity and engagement for platform improvement

We do not collect or store credit card or payment data. All subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google.

  • Monitor usage for platform limits (e.g., streaming cap)

  • Track video engagement and viewing behavior to improve platform features and content

  • Improve app performance and user experience

VIN-authenticated users remain anonymous to Pyxis. We only receive confirmation that a VIN member has accessed the Platform — no identifiable data is shared.
