Since we launched Exero Vet, our goal has been straightforward: to deliver high-quality videos that the veterinary community can trust. As we’ve grown, we’ve sought to offer additional resources to the community that we serve in the form of helpful blogs. We like to cover light, yet helpful topics such as 7 Things to Include When Building Your LinkedIn Profile as a Vet Student and Starting a New Semester in Vet School: Keys to Success. We have always regarded our written work as a valuable and complementary resource.

However, we have recently started writing more about the complex topics making headlines in the veterinary world—namely, student debt. Our intention was pure: to provide a general overview of current events while leaving the nitty-gritty details to those better suited to write about them. Sadly, we failed to live up to these intentions by diving too deep into topics that are not our specialty. The result was an article written about the new “Big Beautiful Bill,” which was filled with inaccuracies. Additionally, the article was heavily reliant on AI, which we believe is a tool for perfecting one’s own words rather than writing an article.

We apologize for both of these missteps. We fully appreciate the trust veterinarians and veterinary students have in us, and we apologize for posting misleading, inaccurate, and artificially generated content on our website.

So what’s next? We have begun the process of removing articles that fall short of our standards. We are also adjusting our approach to the articles we will publish in the future. Going forward, our articles will focus on the interactions we have with our excellent veterinary school partners, and we will write extensively about our videos, explaining why they matter and how to maximize their benefits.

Our users mean the world to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
